Landscape Design & Installation
Whether you are interested in refreshing parts of your landscaping or completely starting over we are here to help every step of the way. We will work with you to get bushes, shrubs and/or perennials that will not only do well in your yard but meet your needs. We are a small family landscaping company dedicated to working within your budget to make a unique landscape design of your dreams. We are not landscape architects and do not perform any hardscaping services. We do install snapped rock bed edging, concrete edgers, river rock and other decorative rocks. If you have already purchased a landscape design plan or know exactly what you want planted we would be happy to provide a free quote for the installation. Landscape Design & Installation Process
First, we will talk with you over the phone. This is a great chance to make sure we are both a good fit for each other. During this call we will discuss what work you are looking to get done, time frame expectations and your budget. If you do not have a budget in mind, we can provide a rough estimate range based on our conversation, satellite images and/or any photos you share with us. Typically, we complete smaller residential landscaping projects in the range of $3,000-$15,000.
Second, we will schedule a free on-site landscape design consultation with you. This is our opportunity to understand what your end goal is and how you would like your landscape to look and feel. We will take measurements and photos of the areas you are interested in having a new landscape installed.
After your onsite landscape design consultation, we will prepare a detailed quote outlining the work requested and price per service. The quote will also include a price to get a design and an estimated price range for planting. Landscape designs start at $175.
After you have reviewed the quote and agree to move forward with a paid design we will create a 2D or 3D landscape design and provide a plant list. The list includes example photos and information about the plants. This process usually takes us about 5-15 business days to prepare for you.
After the landscape design is approved we can schedule your project. We typically book work 4-8 weeks out. We schedule new installations from April to early October, weather permitting. We do typically start booking spring projects in the fall.
A week before your scheduled installations date we will contact 811 and have the public utilities marked. Please note it is the homeowner’s responsibility to mark and make us aware of any private utilities such as but not limited to invisible fences, irrigation systems and/or pool equipment.
Also, during the week prior to your installations date, we will order your plants and review any plant substitutes with you.
On your scheduled installation day, typically a crew will arrive between 8-10am depending on what supplies are needed for the day. If there are any issues or delays during the completion of your project, we will let you know.
Once your project is complete, we will check in with you to ensure everything is exactly as you wanted. If anything needs to be corrected, we will fix it. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your experience and our work!
