Let us help you keep your landscaping and lawn looking great all year. Our core package includes a spring clean up, weekly grass cutting and monthly landscape bed maintenance. We can customize your plan by adding in any of the below services. Sign up for a customized maintenance package and never worry about your landscaping again.

 
 

  • Includes mowing, trimming, edging and blowing all hard surfaces clean. Performed each week on a set day starting in early April and ending early November.

  • Includes cleaning out all landscaping bed areas and lawn of any winter debris, leaves, branches and weeds. Completed in March.

  • Includes cleaning and weeding all landscaping bed areas. Completed once per month April through October.

  • Includes trimming current year growth from all bushes and shrubs 2 times per year in the proper season.

  • Includes cutting back all required perennials, cleaning out all landscaping bed areas of any fall debris, leaves, branches and weeds. Completed in November.

  • Includes core aeration over entire lawn area then overseeding the lawn with premium seed. Completed in the fall depending on weather.

  • Includes blowing all leaves from all hard surfaces and bed areas, vacuuming them off your lawn and disposing them. Completed in November and/or December 1 or more times depending on the type of trees and weather. Leaf mulching services also available if preferred.

The core package starts at $289 per month invoiced March to December.

Prices listed are the typical starting prices for homes with up to 6,000 sq ft lawn and 1,300 sq ft mulch beds, individual prices may vary as each home is unique.

Number of seasonal trims may vary based on variety of bush or shrub.

Mulch and edging is not included in the spring clean up, but may be added for an additional charge.
